Facing the Crisis
There is a growing labor shortage that is threatening American businesses’ ability to compete. There simply aren’t enough new workers to fill the jobs that Baby Boomers will retire from. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, up to 21% of all skilled jobs will go unfilled in 2010.
